Cancellation Policy
We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can avoid any cancellation fees and arrange another time that works for you. If you cancel or reschedule your booking less than 24 hours in advance, we may charge you a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.
