We accept different payment methods for your convenience. You can pay online using your preferred payment method such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, or bank transfer. You can also pay by cash or cheque on the day of service. We will provide you with a receipt and an invoice for your records.

Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel or reschedule your booking. If you need to cancel or reschedule your booking, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. This way, we can avoid any cancellation fees and arrange another time that works for you. If you cancel or reschedule your booking less than 24 hours in advance, we may charge you a cancellation fee of 20% of the total service cost.

We are committed to providing you with high-quality cleaning and maintenance services that meet your expectations. We have a team of qualified staffs who are well trained and experienced. They use eco-friendly products and equipment. They can handle any cleaning or maintenance task with professionalism and efficiency. If you are not satisfied with our service, please let us know within 48 hours of the service completion. We will do our best to rectify the issue and make it right for you.
